Who’s behind Road With The Flo
I am Flo, proud owner of Road with The Flo. I’m the one planning all the road trips but I couldn’t do any of it without my partner Ben and his van Boris, a VW Syncro. Ben is the driver and the mechanic. He could fix anything and trust me, we’ve broken down plenty of times! Ben bought Boris in 2008 on Ebay from a guy in Germany after a few too many beers with his dad. We met 2 years later in 2010 and started our road trip adventures together.
How did it start
I created Road With The Flo because I like to go above and beyond when planning my road trips. My family and friends would always ask me to share my holiday itineraries with them, all my tips, tricks, dos and don’ts. I thought at the time I must’ve been doing something right because my resources apparently helped them a lot with their on the road adventures. The more holidays I went on, the more they turned into road trips and the idea of a website dedicated to itineraries and useful information for road trips came up.
As you may have found – and hence why you’re here today – I tend to find it difficult to find exactly what I’m looking for when browsing for road trip guides, so each piece of content here is light, straight to the point and will hopefully provide you with the right information you’re after.
